TERMS FOR CANCELLATION

Please take note of the terms that affect your CANCELLATION

CANCELLATION OPTIONS:

Unfortunately there are times that no matter how hard we try we do not seem to produce what you are looking for
If this is the case the following will apply.

If for some reason you are unhappy with our services you may request a cancellation in writing via email from here.
The following takes precedence over any verbal conversations regarding cancellation.

REFUNDS OF WEBSITE CHARGES:

A refund of no more than 25% of monies paid will be offered as we work in stages and you only pay the next amount owing upon confirmation of agreement on current work and all work will be considered finalised within 21 days of receiving in writing a request for cancellation of services.

REFUNDS OF EXTRA SERVICES:

This refund will be fully dependant on what we have already done during the period of design and what you have paid and if it is a service that allows for a refund.
There are times that we will have already performed any exta services by the time you get to see the website.
We will have already spent many hours working on these services and what has been performed could be over 90% of the monies paid.
NO refund on marketing packages as listed in relevant pages.

CHARGES FOR USE OF PICTURES AND INFORMATION:

PHOTO SERVICES:

As clearly listed on our terms you are required to provide all images.
$200 flat charge for any images we have supplied or edited if you cancel.

INFORMATION SERVICES:

As clearly listed in our terms ALL information is to be provided for filling of website and ALL information is to have been provided in cut and paste format.
$200 flat charge for any information entered by us if you cancel.

CANCELLATION:

We would much rather work with you and design a site that is to your liking however if so requested we will remove all data to the point of cancellation of services.

Rent or Buy Websites own all data files until work is signed off. (Cancellation and any refund does not constitute completion of site and owning of any data)
If you wish to keep work that has been performed than all monies paid are considered completion of website services and no refund of any monies paid will be entered into however fees owed for images supplied as listed in Terms and Conditions will be required to be paid within 7 days.

If you have removed our access to retrieving any data or completing any work we will take that as completion of website in full and no credit will be offered and all monies owing in regards to cancellation will be invoiced to you to be paid within 7 days as listed in terms and conditions..
