Listed below are all the terms and conditions that are required to be followed on all works we do as well as a brief layout of what we offer on site design.

Services included in each type of package we offer:

Fixed Price & CMS Packages: Included in any pre packages price deals: 1x Design Revisions allowed. 1 x Button Menu Change allowed. 1x Social media setup of each of the following, Twitter, Facebook, Google Places, 1x Contact Page (basic) Responsive Design (some designs NOT mobile compatible) Editing of pictures to fit into design Max 10 photos. Pictures supplied by us incur a charge as listed in terms.

ALL info supplied must be in cut and paste format, we DO NOT manually type in pages of info. ALL information is to be provided by you in regards to filling of the website, while we can take information from other sites as a filler for you to see what website looks like, due to copywrite you must provide replacement information as listed in terms above. Please look to pricing page for what extra services are available.

Pictures supplied by us incur a charge as listed in terms. (Unless contract states otherwise)

Any and all services and prices listed on website can be changed at any time - this does NOT override any existing contract listed in writing. Please look to pricing page for what extra services are available.

Please note that all pricing does NOT include face to face time unless a custom contract site includes that service or you buy it as an add on service. All correspondence done via phone and email.

NOTE: All options as listed above on ecommerce, crm and pre priced websites can be changed and customised if you move to a custom package. A few restrictions as listed below and charges related to going beyond what we offer as listed:

Social Media - Facebook and Twitter (does NOT include information entered into sites) ALL information given to us must be in format and style required for cut and paste.

$5.25 per page image placement supplied by us as listed in terms. NO site will be made or copied from another site, this encroches on copyright.

You may use ideas from a site to give us examples of what you would like and we will convert that to as close as we can to what you would like without copyright issues.

This is seperate from CMS package to implement into website.

DEPOSITS AND TIME FRAMES: Pre Packaged Deals Deposit for website as listed in breakdown on contract page- Full payment for all other services We spend on average 25 hrs per 10 page website before any revisions by you.

We allow a 30 day time frame (pre packaged site) for all information to be supplied to us however the website design may take longer than 30 days to complete as listed in terms above.

NOT supplying the required info within the designated timeframe means the terms listed above in Time Frame for Data provided by Client will be implimented. Time Frame for us to do any work is listed above in terms

eCommerce Sites Deposit for website as listed in breakdown on contract page- Full payment for all other services We spend on average 30 hrs per $1299 website before any revisions by you.

We allow a 60 day time frame (pre packaged site) for all information to be supplied to us however the website design may take longer than 60 days to complete as listed in terms above.

NOT supplying the required info within the designated timeframe means the terms listed above in Time Frame for Data provided by Client will be implimented.

Custom Sites Deposit for website as listed in breakdown on contract page- Full payment for all other services.

We spend on average 25 hrs per 10 page website before any revisions by you Tme frame for all information to be supplied to us based on contract. Website will take longer to complete.

NOT supplying the required info within the designated timeframe means the terms listed above in Time Frame for Data provided by Client will be implimented.

Time Frame for us to do any work is listed above in terms **Please Note : All prices and terms mentioned are subject to change without notice.**

Contracted Services cannot be changed without discussion. Hosting is not included in prices.

CMS Services are only valid for 12 months - $185 per year payment required thereafter for management and access to control panel (average $15 per month). This is seperate from CMS package to impliment into website.

IMPORTANT: Please do not ask us to design you a website with giving us no information on what you do and do not want and than expect a refund if you are not happy. We try to design a site that you will like but with NO imput from you we can only do so much. This is why we offer a redesign in the services for a website.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN in this circumstance.

Cancellation & Refunds: Please look at this link for all issues regarding what we refund and what we do not.
'Technogeek' include these terms and conditions on all email signatures with clear instructions to please read and if you choose to not do so we are not held liable in any way for any miscommunication or misunderstanding relating to services provided and any extra fess incurred. We try at all times to keep you up to date on any extra charges however that is not always the case and all prices , services, included features etc are clearly listed on our relevant pages..

TERMS & CONDITIONS *MUST READ* All work is carried out by us 'Technogeek - www.rentandbuywebsites.com.au on the understanding that you 'the client' has agreed to the following terms and conditions. Your decision to not read these terms does not constitute the ability to bypass all listed terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change and take precedence over any verbal conversations.

Commencement of Services: We consider your initial payment to be a confirmation that you have read through the following and understand what is involved in the creation of a website and any extra services in both charges, time frame, input and services provided in relation to any package you will have decided on.
Please read through all the information below so there are no surpises and we have a good working relationship. We will do what we can to provide you with a high quality website and all extra services in the best way we can but that does involve working together and you understanding what is involved and required both by you and us..

Draft images are not free, and as such are protected by Copyright Law. Images will not be present in final approved artwork unless paid for at $2.25 per image. Images supplied by us are at no time owned by the client. You are purely paying for our supplying the images and editing them as required to work in your website.

Draft images may NOT be used for ANY other purpose than viewing. They may NOT be copied, edited or distributed to ANY other person or company, other than those directly in negotiation with Technogeek WITHOUT prior permission from Technogeek. To do so will be a BREACH of COPYRIGHT.

Artwork supplied by Technogeek MAY NOT be used for any other purpose than the original application. ie artwork for press adverts, packaging, brochures, etc, may not be used for any other project, in part or in full, at any other time.
Charges for artwork, or artwork production, are for just that.
Artwork can include commercial quality, press ready pdf or eps files. The working files used to create that artwork are not provided to clients at any time, unless prior arrangements have been made and charges required to be paid in full. ©

Copyright of all designs, artwork, graphics, coding and Intellectual Property other than final logo designs produced by Technogeek remains the property of Technogeek, unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing. Full copyright of any final logo designs passes to the client when all accounts have been settled in full however Graphics, scripts and code designed, modified or provided by Technogeek, for any website, can not be used by any future designer/developers if that website is no longer maintained by Technogeek, unless a prior arrangement has been made.

Copyrights and Trademarks supplied to Technogeek. By supplying text, images, links to sites and other data for inclusion in a clients website or other medium, the client declares that it holds the appropriate copyright and/or trademark permissions.
The ownership of such materials will remain with the client, or rightful copyright or trademark owner. Any issues with copyright will not be due to us and you will have a clear understanding that any information used in your final website is created by you.

Drafts or proofs of press ads, brochures, Business Cards etc are sent for approval, for both design and content, including the possibility of typographical errors. It is the clients responsibility to check that there are no errors, and if so, corrections must be advised in writing.

A logo design DOES NOT INCLUDE full branding or design of any other items other than a logo.
If you require other items ie Business Cards, brochures, website, vehicle signage etc they will be designed to compliment your logo (when finalised), and as such will form the “branding” of your business.
Each logo can generate a completely different “brand” which will be developed from the characteristics of the individual logo, and the requirements of your business.
Complimentary draft Business Card designs are often provided with a logo design, so the client can see how that branding “could” be developed, should you wish to proceed with any other items.

The client agrees to supply all text and pictures required for the inclusion of any items to be designed.
It is expected that all text supplied has been checked for typographical and grammatical errors, and has been approved by all parties that will have a final say in the sign-off of any items produced.
Additional expenses may be incurred for any necessary action, including, but not limited to, photography searches, media conversion, digital image processing and editing, or data entry services.
The client agrees that changes and alterations may be made to text and images (with their approval) to improve the design of any items produced ( additional charges for these improvements ).

Websites: The client agrees that they may need to provide passwords and usernames to access domain and web hosting services that are already established, in order to upload or edit existing websites.
Complete privacy is assured, no username or passwords will ever be used for any purpose other than that it was supplied for, and only with the permission of the client.
Prices quoted for website design and build refer to regular, basically information only websites.
They will normally include custom graphics and navigation. However, if you require a website with specific design principles that requires more time to implement, over and above a regular website, extra charges may apply. Prices quoted do not include Flash animation Headers, Banner Ads or Splash pages, these will be additional extras if required.
Graphics, scripts and code designed, modified or provided by Technogeek, for any website, can not be used by any future designer/developers if that website is no longer maintained by Technogeek, unless a prior arrangement has been made.

Time Frames Completion: Completion timelines are only estimates and we do not guarantee timelines. The timelines provided are only estimates and we make every effort to meet those estimates however too much of the time involved is dependent upon the client.
If content is provided in advance (30 days for pre priced websites, 60 days for eCommerce or determined with contract)), initial and on going instructions are exact, revision requests are reasonable, turn around time can sometimes be less than estimated.
On the other hand it could drastically increase due to client in-actions, delayed mockup approvals, back and forth change requests can take days.
We do offer an express service at a charge of 25% extra however 95% of our clients have not bought our express service and experience great turnaround time.
We are NOT liable for any delays in designing. Unexpected delays can increase timeframe such as internet issues, computer issues, staff issues etc.
The turnaround times that we give are based on actual statistics of projects we have completed in the past and are NOT guaranteed. Websites can take up to on average 30, 60 or 90 days but not guaranteed to complete depending on type of website package purchased.

Time Frames for Data provided by Client: You 'the client' are expected to provide all relevant information , pictures etc within a reasonable timeframe. This is considered to be within 14, 30 or 60 days depending on type of website package purchased from end of stage one.
This timeframe may be changed only upon confirmation by us 'Technogeek. Failure to provide data in relevant time frame will incur a change in website package and further charges as listed below in Deposits and Time Frames.
NOT supplying the required info within the considered time frame means the following: 1: Deposit is kept and website is finished as is. or 2: Website design moves to an hourly or part thereof charge of $150 for any further time spent working or 3: We redo the terms of your website to allow the finishing of your work (extra charges incurred). Due to amount of work we are obliged to provide time frames.

Repairs to Websites If a client or an operator assigned by the client (other than Technogeek has been given permission to edit or modify a website built or modified by Technogeek , or the associated cPanel hosting, the client may be responsible for extra charges if they “break” the website or hosting, and require Technogeek to repair the services to a functional state.

Hosting & CMS Hosting is not included in prices. CMS Services are NOT standard unless you purchase a CMS website or CMS package and are only valid for 12 months - $185 per year payment required thereafter for management and access to control panel (average $15 per month).

This is seperate from CMS package to impliment into website. cPanel web hosting provided to website clients of Technogeek will be maintained by Technogeek, or the client. The client always has full access to their cPanel hosting.

If any problems arise with the website or hosting, while Technogeek - www.rentandbuywebsites.com.au is maintaining the website, those problems will be attended to and managed by Technogeek.
If a client retains the cPanel hosting account but engages another party to manage their website, Technogeek will no longer be responsible for managing or maintaining either the website or the clients cPanel hosting.

If you have removed our access to retrieveing any data or completeing any work we will take that as completion of website in full and no credit will be offered on any services.

Alterations The client agrees that changes, additions and alterations requested over and above the original brief will be liable to additional charges. If the “brief” gradually “grows”, additional charges may not be indicated at the time, as each small change is often digested and where possible can be absorbed. BUT, if a client continues to change the brief, require additional inclusions, alterations etc, this will impact the projects completion time and extra charges will be applied.
Corrections, changes to layout, replacement of minor text or images can be contract included with any artwork charges, but adding additional content after the initial brief can sometimes add significantly to design time and therefore artwork charges.

Prices quoted

Any written or verbal quotes provided are valid for 30 days only. Overdue Accounts - Payments & Dept Collection: If an account becomes overdue (invoices 14 days), Technogeek retains the right to remove or disable any websites, Email accounts or online material and services provided or maintained for that client.

Any costs incurred to retrieve outstanding debts will be payable by the client, along with any outstanding amounts owing.

Technogeek will not be held responsible for any inconvenience or damage incurred by removing or disabling any online material or services.

Any future dealings with such clients will be by payment in advance, without exception. Overdue Web hosting accounts will remain payable through to the next month from when notice is given by the client to terminate the hosting account.

Domain renewals are non-refundable and will not be renewed unless a committment from the client is received prior to a domain expiry date, to renew a domain.

Technogeek own all data files until work is signed off. (Cancellation and any refund does not constitute completion of site and owning of any data)
If you wish to keep work that has been performed than all monies paid are considered completion of website services and no refund of any monies paid will be entered into however fees owed for images supplied or extra work performed as listed in Terms and Conditions will be required to be paid within 7 days.

If you have removed our access to retrieving any data or completing any work we will take that as completion of website in full and no credit will be offered and and no refund of any monies paid will be entered into however fees owed for images supplied or extra services as listed in Terms and Conditions will be required to be paid within 7 days.

Failure to pay outstanding invoice/s will involve us lodging with the relevant authorities to place a black mark against your name in credit and organising a dept collector. (please note this is a last option for us and we would rather work with you)

Technogeek - reserves the right to reject a project or client or cancel a service with no reason given.
If we cancel a service all monies paid for website design is considered final and no other refund will be entered into due to our pricing structure of paying in sections. If you wish to cancel please go to this page and read all relevant information Technogeek own all data files,graphics, scripts and code designed, modified or provided by Technogeek, for any website, and can not be used by any future designer/developers if that website is no longer maintained by Technogeek, unless a prior arrangement has been made.
Technogeek own all Domain names created by us. (Cancellation and any refund does not constitute completion of site)

We would much rather work with you and design a site that is to your liking however if so requested we will remove all data to the point of cancellation of services.
Graphics, scripts and code designed, modified or provided by Technogeek, for any website, can not be used by any future designer/developers if that website is no longer maintained by Technogeek, unless a prior arrangement has been made.
If you wish to keep work that has been performed than all monies paid are considered completion of website services and no refund of any monies paid will be entered into however fees owed for images supplied or extra services as listed in Terms and Conditions will be required to be paid within 7 days.

Technogeek - Created by link at bottom of website MUST be kept on any website designed by us regardless of full payment recieved for the life of the website.
The website design, graphics, scripts and code designed, modified or provided by Technogeek, for any website, can not be used by any future designer/developers if that website is no longer maintained by Technogeek, unless a prior arrangement has been made.
It is our intellectual property and removal of the link requires complete deletion of our coding and design as listed in copyright terms above..

Technogeek - Owning of Domain Names On services where we supply, with any cancellation or unfinished or uncompleted sites we own all domain names that we setup.
Domains may be purchased from us at our price to be determined at time of query. Starting @ $150
